India 1939 ‘ON MORVI STATE SERVICE ONLY’ registered cover affixed with two KG V 2a6p and a KG VI 1/2a postage stamps on back. Affixed with a blue Registration Label with Error: ‘MORVI’ double strike. Sent from Morvi State Small Cause Court and addressed to Fadsar falling under Jamnagar (Nawanagar). Refused, three remarks by postman in Gujarati ‘The addressee purposely avoiding to take the delivery hence returned’ and other in English. Portion of right side edge cut but still unopened and the original content inside. Very interesting piece of Postal History of Indian State Morvi.
