India 2004 Mahatma Gandhi’s School – Alfred High School: A special cover issued by Saurashtra Kutchh Philatelic Society of Rajkot on its Inauguration on 15th August 2004. Cover depicts the Mahatma Gandhi’s School – Mohandas Gandhi Vidyalaya, which was formerly known as Alfred High School or Kathiawar High School. This is the school where Gandhi completed his schooling. Mahatma Gandhi studied in this school for seven years (01 December 1880 to 01 January 1888). Special pictorial cancellation depicts Gandhi as the map of India.
